摘要: A compact multianalyte biosensing platform is reported, composed of an organic electrochemical transistor (OECT) microarray integrated with a pumpless "finger-powered" microfluidic, for quantitative screening glucose, lactate, and cholesterol levels. biofunctionalization method designed, which provides selectivity towards specific metabolites as well minimization any background interference. In addition, simple developed to facilitate multi-analyte sensing avoid electrical crosstalk between the different transistors by electrically isolating individual devices. The resulting platform, verified using human samples, offers possibility be used in easy-to-obtain biofluids low abundance metabolites, such saliva. Based on our proposed method, other types enzymatic biosensors can into array achieve multiplexed, noninvasive, personalized point-of-care diagnostics.
