摘要: One of the potential biomarkers for ovarian cancer patients is high serum level prolactin (PRL), which a growth factor that may promote tumor cell growth. The receptor (PRLR) and human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) proteins are frequently detected in tissue specimens, but impact HCMV infection on PRL system have so far not been investigated. In this study, HCMV's effects PRLR expression were assessed infected cells (SKOV3) by PCR Western blot techniques. levels both transcripts as well corresponding highly increased HCMV-infected SKOV3 cells. Tissue specimens obtained from 10 with demonstrated PRLR, HCMV-IE, pp65 proteins.
