摘要: Anterior shoulder instability; which is the most common type of all instabilities, needs to be evaluated carefully achieve good prognosis. Every case should by its own and proper treatment options planned according this. Anatomy biomechanics joint, especially knowledge about static dynamic factors are so important. In addition instability terminology; hyperlaxity a physiological condition mastered as well. For treatment; correct diagnosis addressing involved pathology two main points. Good history with physical examination radiology crucial steps for diagnosis. Acute anterior luxation first episode has totally different algorithm than recurrent instability. The incidence re-dislocation after between 30% 100%.; risk will higher if at age 20 or below. activity level also important; patients contact sports in great risk. Generally our approach acute dislocation conservative, but cases aim surgical have anatomical reconstruction pathological lesion fixation capsulolabral tissue on glenoid. Bony lesions, might reason failure carefully.
