摘要: In summer, black asphalt pavement can absorb a considerable amount of solar radiation, which causes its temperature to rise. Heated aggravate the urban heat island (UHI) effect and transfer downward, may cause problem permafrost thawing beneath pavements. The objective this study was develop novel cool coating layer (CCL) with high near-infrared reflectance insulation make surface cool. A self-developed test device method established evaluate cooling effects. Based on experimental results, optimal by 11.21 °C when radiation striking sample is 650 W/m2. This coating, called composite (CCCL), composed following materials: polyurethane resin, rutile TiO2 18%, hollow glass microspheres 12%, copper chromite spinel 0.7%. Silicon carbide particles 1 kg/m2 help CCCL achieve satisfactory antiskid performance. conclusion, effectively inhibit absorption reduce flow thermal energy downward without sacrificing skid resistance.
