摘要: The detection and treatment of prostate cancer has been markedly improved by the use Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) as a serological biomarker for disease. However, even after surgical intervention hormone ablation therapy, significant proportion patients progress to advanced metastatic disease, which there is no cure. An important goal become identification antigens in stage that represent targets therapy. Recently, great made utilize immunological therapies treat cancer. Monoclonal antibody therapy successfully approved breast B-cell lymphoma, multiple clinical trails are currently variety cancers, including Pre-clinical studies also underway evaluate vaccine approaches directed against highly expressed other cancers. This article describes several target them may be effective treating patients.
