摘要: Abstract Piceatannol, a metabolite of resveratrol found in red wine and grapes, displays wide spectrum biological activity. Although the anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumorigenesis activity piceatannol has been extensively studied, its role adaptive immune response received less attention. Here we investigated piceatannol, well-known Syk inhibitor, T cell activation, proliferation, differentiation using isolated murine splenic cells from C57BL/6 mice. Piceatannol treatment inhibited surface expression CD4 CD8 activation markers CD25 CD69, reduced production cytokines IFNγ, IL-2, IL-17, suppressed proliferation activated cells. Moreover, significantly CD4+CD25−CD62L+ naive into Th1, Th2, Th17 cells, presumably due to inhibition TcR signaling through p-Erk, p-Akt, p-p38. appears be useful nutritional or pharmacological biomolecule that regulates effector functions such as cytokine production, differentiation, proliferation.
