摘要: This paper describes a generic neural flight control and autopilot system, which can be applied to wide range of vehicle classes. A system is used provide adaptive control, without requiring extensive gain-scheduling or explicit identification. The uses reference models specify desired handling qualities, receive commands from guidance outer-loop control. performs automatic using frequency separation, based upon the system’s specified models. variety different aircraft were examined ensure applicability multiple classes including commercial transports, high performance military aircraft, hypersonic concepts. Simulation results are presented for mid-sized twinengine jet transport concept, modified F15 with moveable canards attached airframe, small single-engine uninhabited aerial “waverider” concept. Results demonstrate that achieve comparable each aircraft’s respective conventional while providing additional potential accommodating damage failures.
