摘要: Abstract This paper compares the economic and environmental benefits of electric hybrid vehicles with that conventional vehicles. Without tax credits, only hybrids without plug-in incur lifetime total costs equivalent to a vehicle whereas consumer affordability for all other is less encouraging depends on changes in gasoline prices.
