摘要: Confocal scanning laser microscopy was used for studying protein adsorption to affinity chromatography matrices. The of Protein A IgG Sepharose 6 Fast Flow studied by batch incubation with varying amounts fluorescently labeled A. At low sample amounts, had been adsorbed a thin outer layer. By increasing the sample-IgG ratio, layer also increased. Likewise, depth dependent on time. Finally, stack confocal images separated in space three-dimensional reconstruction pattern particle.
