摘要: Summary Plants were regenerated from leaf segments of shoots raised in vitro mature apple trees the cultivars Akero, McIntosh, McIntosh Wijcik, Gravenstein and rootstock M26. The regeneration capacity was influenced by wounding, macroelements, light conditions, polarity maturity leaves. highest number per segment formed using young expanding leaves on a medium based N6 macroelements plus 22 µM BAP 1 NAA. Dark treatment during first 3 weeks culture placing with abaxial surface uppermost enhanced shoot formation. morphogenetic response for stem very low since only Wijcik at frequency. histological studies revealed both embryoidlike structures adventitious shoots. Shoots meristems rooted placed greenhouse comparison. Trees M26 planted field further evaluation growth habit fruit setting.
