摘要: Central in leadership for sustainability transitions is the capability to create transformative momentum a sustainable (desirable) direction, calling meaningful conversations on futures. The aim of this study develop conceptual framework inspire and support such conversations. A qualitative literature review conceptualizations was conducted, followed by thematic analysis. resulting consists an overarching question accompanying set categories four dimensions: social, economic, ecological, ‘human needs wellbeing’.
