摘要: Abstract To establish an applicable model and understand the release mechanisms from silver nanoparticle incorporated in polymeric film used food applications, we investigated migration low-density polyethylene with nanoparticles both distilled water 4 w/v% acetic acid at various temperatures. The was prepared silver-containing master batch characterized to contain homogeneously distributed nanoparticles. polymer matrix well explained by Korsmeyer-Peppas mathematical model. resulting n value, ranging 0.125 0.280, indicated that followed Fickian diffusion. kinetic rate constants (k) higher 4% than water. According Arrhenius equation, activation energy (Ea) calculated be 31.74 kJ mol−1 for 14.19 kJ mol−1 acid. Hence, results of this investigation could useful predicting understanding mechanism a LDPE into simulants.
