摘要: Abstract Liquid scintillation counting (LSC) is the most commonly used technique for measuring tritium. To optimize tritium analysis in waters by ultra-low background liquid spectrometer Quantulus 1220 optimization of sample/scintillant ratio, choice appropriate cocktail and comparison their efficiency, minimal detectable activity (MDA), effect chemi- photoluminescence combination scintillant/vial were performed. ASTM D4107-08 (2006) method had been successfully applied our laboratory two years. During last preparation samples a serious quench count rates that could be consequence possible contamination DMSO was noticed. The goal this paper to demonstrate development new direct proposed Pujol Sanchez-Cabeza (1999) , which turned out faster simpler than while we are dealing with problem neutralization apparatus. minimum achieved 2.0 Bq l −1 total time 300 min. In order test system level determined Danube river also several within intercomparison Ruđer Boskovic Institute (IRB).
