摘要: Transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSC) or stromal from rodents has been identified as a strategy for renal repair in experimental models acute kidney injury (AKI), highly life-threatening clinical setting. The therapeutic potential BM-MSC human origin not reported so far. Here, we investigated whether treatment could prevent AKI induced by cisplatin and prolong survival an immunodeficient mouse model. Results showed that infusion decreased proximal tubular epithelial cell ameliorated the deficit function, resulting reduced recipient mortality. Infused became localized predominantly peritubular areas acted to reduce apoptosis increase proliferation. also protection against AKI-related capillary changes consisting endothelial abnormalities, leukocyte infiltration, low lumen volume density assessed morphometric analysis. These findings indicate MSC hold should be considered testing trial. Disclosure conflicts interest is found at end this article.
