摘要: Abstract Uganda is one of the few countries in world that has experienced a significant reduction Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) prevalence over past decade. In contrast to many its neighbors, had an explicit national policy includes: A bstinence, B e faithful, and C ondoms. This strategy, known as "A,B,C," garnered wide attention United States efficacy abstinence-based sex education debated. commentary based on published unpublished data together with personal observations derived from Department Health Services (DHHS)-led delegation December 2002.
