摘要: This chapter will cover the distribution of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (AChRs) at several hierarchical levels. Following a very brief coverage AChRs in non-neuronal cells, I treat AChR expression regional level within both peripheral and central nervous system (CNS). then discuss individual neurons its regulation. The be restricted principally to studies on tissue acutely removed from system, as opposed long-term cultures or cell lines, it limited vertebrae (see Chap. 19, this volume, for treatment invertebrates).
