摘要: Recently, increased rates of syphilis among gay men have been observed in American and European cities. It is important to establish the diagnosis because facilitates HIV transmission during primary secondary stages when sores are open on skin. However can present a dilemma as negative reactions serological tests may be AIDS patients. We report here such case which was established dark field examination.
