摘要: Results: In both groups, a decrease in headache intensity on the injection side was observed during first post-injection week and continued until second week. After week, improvement treatment group, VAS score reached 0.97 at end of fourth placebo group after values increased again nearly pre-injection levels. The monthly average pain injected statistically significant (P = 0.003), but not 0.110). No difference uninjected either (treatment P 0.994; 0.987). serious effect group. Only one patient had self-limited vaso-vagal syncope procedure. Limitations: This trial included relatively small sample. may have been result inclusion only those patients who correctly completed their diaries. Another major limitation is short follow-up duration. Patients were followed for month injection, thus long-term effects observed. Conclusions: Ultrasound guided GONB with 1.5 mL 0.5% bupivacaine migraine safe, simple, effective technique without severe adverse effects. To increase effectiveness to implement isolated GONB, ultrasonography guidance could be suggested.
