摘要: Detection of litter along beaches in many countries indicates an anthropoginic source marine pollution. The abundance and composition were measured for the first time No.1 Bathing Beach, Qingdao, China. Surveys conducted during May to July, 2018 order estimate occurrence nine types. In total, 4476 items collected with a corresponding weight 330.2 kg. most prominent was plastic followed by paper, wood, (cloth ropes) percentages 49.91, 10.30 9.76% total items. Plastics abundant type (38.81%) term weight, paper (12.11%) food (9.07%). main sources included human recreational activities, e.g. tourism, fisheries cafes. Statistically significant differences (p < 0.05) found between number/weight different three months study. results present study will help administer effective beach management programs.
