摘要: The effects of water supplementation chelated trace minerals (CTM, which is named Bonzaplex designed with chelate compounds technology) on growth performance, apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) minerals, and some blood metabolites, TM, antioxidant enzyme values in African ostriches were investigated from 8 to 12 months age. A 20 8-month-old (five birds five replicate pens) was randomly allocated into one the following four treatments: (1) control (basal diet + tap water), (2) low CTM +100 mg/bird/day powder (3) medium +1 g/bird/day (4) high +2 water). Compared control, improved (P < 0.05) daily weight gain ATTD phosphorous, zinc, copper 12-month-old ostriches. Furthermore, feed conversion ratio lower, magnesium higher medium- high-CTM groups than that group 0.05). At end trial, receiving treatment exhibited lower serum triglyceride very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol concentrations levels compared those treatment. Supplementation amounts (medium CTM) also increased activity superoxide dismutase No differences detected for other parameters including glucose, protein, albumin, cholesterol, high-density iron, magnesium, glutathione peroxidase values. In conclusion, at level 1 drinking can be recommended improving mineral absorption, status fed diets containing inorganic TM.
