摘要: A total of 148 crude ethanol extracts from 115 plant species were tested in vitro against Gram-negative strains (Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and the Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus Enterococcus faecalis. Moreover, they submitted to antifungal assays Candida albicans Cladosporium cucumerinum, a human pathogenic microorganism, respectively, known be good indicators activity. No activity was detected bacteria, while 14.8% 10.8% showed bactericidal or bacteriostatic effects on S. E. faecalis, respectively. An observed with 15 (10.1%). Two particularly active fungi: Dioscorea minutiflora Erythrina vogelii. The young tubers D. contain metabolites specific effect fungi not bacteria. On other hand, vogelii highly effective bacteria fungi.
