摘要: The main purpose of this research was oriented to generate a structured model from an organizational vision the definition and development precise osteosynthesis prosthesis. Implants were adapted Colombian population anthropometry allowing fracture reductions craniofacial defects corrections based on technologies for specific patients. This developed taking into account first three PLM stages: Imagination, definition, realization. Procedures, stages, roles, activities that take part in design pre-surgical planning identified patient-specific implants PSI, carried out through study case. It established as fabrication process (PSI). possible technology included collaborative workflow wherein roles which intervene related. ability patients surgical guides obtained different pathology situations including face trauma. According strategy designing custom implant, it would be build innovation capabilities. With those, organization could integrating activities, applying local human resource. Further work related subject is necessary enhance by iteration improve clinical cases management.
