摘要: Incidents cause a large part of the delays in road networks. This is caused by decrease capacity at incident site. A detailed knowledge queue discharge rate can improve for instance traffic prediction and thereby delay information or routing advice. Therefore, this study determines many locations during an situation these are compared with same location normal conditions. Ninety incidents meet requirements to apply proposed methodology. It found case driving lane blocked, each available reduced 50%. In lanes open but there distraction emergency on roadway opposite direction, 30%.
