摘要: A dense silicon carbide material having improved electrically conducting properties is disclosed which prepared by forming a homogeneous dispersion of carbide, sufficient amount boron nitride, and optionally containing additive hot pressing the at temperature pressure whereby substantially nonporous ceramic formed. The can be machined electrical discharge machining or electrochemical machining.
