摘要: Cuticular organs have not been described systematically in harpacticoids until recently, and they never used as characters for reconstructing phylogenetic relationships any crustacean group. We survey cuticular pores sensilla on somites ten Miraciidae species, belonging to six genera, from Korea, Australia, Russia. Nine species belong the subfamily Stenheliinae, while outgroup belongs Diosaccinae. aim compare trees reconstructed these harpactioids based on: 1) (with 76 scored, 71% of them phylogenetically informative); 2) traditionally macro-morphological (66 77% 3) mtCOI DNA data. All analyses suggest that are useful harpacticoid delineation, although sensitive some fast-evolving molecular markers. Reconstructed cladograms all three datasets show very high bootstrap values clades representing distinct suggesting suitable studying relationships. Bootstrap more basal nodes differ among different cladograms, do sister-group suggest, indicating probably evolutionary constraints characters. could be quite study old museum specimens fossil crustaceans.
