摘要: Abstract Children are an especially vulnerable population, particularly in respect to drug administration. It is estimated that neonatal and pediatric patients at least three times more damage due adverse events medication errors than adults are. With the development of this framework, it intended provision a Clinical Decision Support System based on prototype already tested real environment. The framework will include features such as preparation Total Parenteral Nutrition prescriptions, table emergency drugs, medical scales morbidity mortality, anthropometry percentiles (weight, length/height, head circumference BMI), utilities for supporting decision treatment jaundice anemia support technical procedures other calculators widespread use tools. solution means extension INTCare project. main goal provide approach get functionality all clinical practice outside hospital environment dissemination, education simulation hypothetical situations. aim also develop area study analysis information extraction knowledge from data collected by system. This paper presents architecture, their requirements functionalities SWOT proposed.
