摘要: The major biochemical function of zinc is as a constituent metalloenzymes. first described was carbonic anhydrase in 1940, and since then more than 200 different enzymes have been identified plant animal tissue. Alcohol dehydrogenase, superoxide dismutase, DNA-polymerase, RNA-polymerase, alkaline phosphatase carboxypeptidase are all zinc-metalloenzymes examples can be found each the six categories enzymes. This means that involved or less every process body. In some these present at active site e.g., acting an electron acceptor, others non-enzyme proteins structural S—S bridges cross-links between thiolates imidazoles.
