摘要: Abstract The water solubility in various phonolite melts was determined experimentally at pressures between 50 and 395 MPa temperatures 850 1200 °C. aim of this study to elucidate which extent chemical physical parameters such as relative amounts alkali alkaline earth elements or temperature affect the solubility. For purpose a total 10 different glasses were prepared. series four glasses, Na/(Na + K) ratio varied from 0.2 0.8, for another (Na + K)/(Ca + Mg) 2.8 10.1, while keeping constant 0.4. these two experiments performed 1200 °C an internally heated pressure vessel. data show that both variables have rather small effects on instance, 2 kbar increase 0.8 leads about 0.4 wt.% (5.58 5.94 wt.%), increasing 10.1 0.2 wt.% water. effect investigated compositions, representative Montana Blanca, Tenerife, Spain Laacher See volcanic complex, East Eifel, Germany 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 300 MPa, At conditions exhibit negative dependence ranging − 0.1 − 0.24 wt.% per 100 °C. strongest (most values) occurs 150 200 MPa seems approach zero slightly above 300 MPa.
