摘要: The polyamines putrescine, spermidine, and spermine are polycationic, alkyl which play a significant role in eukaryotic cell proliferation. polyamine metabolism function dysregulated tumor cells making them an attractive therapeutic target by employing analogs. These analogs have high degree of similarity with the structure but not their function. Multidrug resistance is major factor failure many chemotherapeutic drugs necessitates further research exploration better novel alternatives. In present study, Twenty-six acylspermidine derivatives were synthesized evaluated for anti-proliferative pro-apoptotic activities on human breast cancer T-lymphoblastic leukemia cells. proliferation apoptosis assays using WST-1 annexin-V/7AAD staining respectively suggest that Compound 1 (C19H41N3O2), 7(C25H51N3O2) 8 (C29H59N3O) significantly reduced viability dose- time-dependent manner. Interestingly, compounds 7, 9 had slight or no effect non-cancerous studies speculate these could be promising candidates designing drug, targeting both solid blood
