摘要: Semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) are very important luminescent nanomaterials with a wide range of potential applications. Currently, QDs as labeling probes broadly used in bioassays, including immunoassay, DNA hybridization, and bioimaging, due to their excellent physical chemical properties, such broad excitation spectra, narrow size-dependent emission profiles, long fluorescence life time, good photostability. The characterization conjugates is crucial for bioapplications. CE has become powerful tool the separation conjugates. In this review, some models first introduced, mainly CZE, CGE, MEKC, ITP. And then, key applications, measurements size, surface charge, concentration (e.g. QD-protein, QD-DNA, QD-small molecule), also described. Finally, future perspectives discussed.
