摘要: To make the best use of narrowband Airborne Visible/Infrared Imaging Spectrometer (AVIRIS) data, an investigator needs to know signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). The signal is land cover dependent and varies with both wavelength atmospheric absorption, random noise comprises sensor intrapixel variability (i.e. within a pixel). three existing methods for estimating SNR are inadequate, since typical laboratory inflate, while dark-current image deflate value. authors propose procedure called geostatistical method that based on removal periodic by notch filtering in frequency domain isolation using semivariogram. This was applied easily successfully five sets AVIRIS data from 1987 flying season could be remotely sensed broadband sensors. >
