摘要: Goat mammary epithelial cells (GMECs) are a useful model to understand the physiological function of glands and assess efficiency mammary-specific vectors. The aim this study was develop an effective convenient way evaluate secretory capacity GMECs in primary culture. In study, we developed reporter system using fluorescent proteins driven by CSN2 (Capra hircus beta-casein) gene promoter detect GMECs. Additionally, evaluated determining expression cytoskeletal beta-casein protein. results suggest that provides easy, method milk synthesis Primary cultures were homogeneous retained synthesis, prompting their usefulness as for further studies.
