摘要: This paper examines changing patterns in the utilisation and geographic access to health services Great Britain using National Travel Survey data (1985-2006). The rate was derived proportion of journeys made services. Geographic analysed by separating concept into its accessibility mobility dimensions. Regression analyses were conducted investigate differences between different socio-spatial groups these indicators over period 1985-2006. study found that journey distances facilities significantly shorter also gradually reduced question for Londoners, females, those without a car or on low incomes, older people. However, most their rates be lower because times longer increased periods. These findings indicate largely depends level although previous research studies have traditionally overlooked dimension.
