摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility producing, storing, and hatching copepod diapause eggs that could be used as a source nauplii for rearing larval fish. Centropages hamatus reared on mixed diet four dinoflagellates: Gymnodinium sanguineum, Lingulodinium polyedra, Prorocentrum micans, Scrippsiella trochoidea, in 19-l carboys mounted plankton rotator walk-in environmental chamber, set at 15°C 12L–12D cycle. Eleven experiments were conducted. Following maturation adult stage, produced over 16–33 day period. Total egg production assessed three ranged from 1.2 2.4 million eggs. Hatching success generally >80% stored 4–17 months 25°C. Diapause shipped via overnight express remained viable feed
