摘要: PURPOSE To investigate the interaction of six experimental and commercial bonding systems with dentin in vivo. MATERIALS AND METHODS One-Step, Clearfil Liner Bond 2, OptiBond, Permagen 10% phosphoric acid, 35% Prime & were applied standard Class I occlusal cavities premolars scheduled for extraction orthodontic reasons, combined either a self-cured or light-cured resin composite. The teeth carefully extracted 5 minutes after polymerization fixed 2.5% glutaraldehyde. After fixation, specimens dehydrated, sectioned, processed field-emission SEM. RESULTS Although some produced gap-free intact interfaces specific specimens, all them showed detachment at transition between resin-dentin interdiffusion zone fluid placed over it. It was apparent that presence air-bubbles and/or thick layers polymerized-filled resulted less frequent separation areas interface, providing support concept elastic cavity wall. also confirmed adhesive do not form layer dentin, otherwise composite would have penetrated tubules.
