摘要: A flexible polymer waveguide array structure serves as a stitch or jumper on an optical printed circuit board (OPCB). The can be attached to the OPCB so that it provide chip-to-OPCB connection. waveguide(s) in may prefabricated before is OPCB. Alternatively, waveguides fabricated after has been subsequently formed using printing process such photolithography. As consequence of forming attachment OPCB, precision lateral alignment required when placing generally significantly less than are prefabricated.
