摘要: Specific nucleic acid detection by using simple and low-cost assays is important in clinical diagnostics, mutation detection, biodefense applications. Most current methods for the quantification of low concentrations DNA require costly sophisticated instruments. Here, we have developed a facile platform based on plasmonic triangular silver nanoprism etching process, which shape size nanoprisms were altered accompanied substantial surface plasmon resonance shift. Through combination enzyme-linked hybridization chain reaction amplification inherent sensitivity nanoprims, this assay could detect as 6.0 fM target DNA. Considering high selectivity assay, it expected to be great interest diagnostics.
