Effects of Annealing on Thermoluminescence Peak Positions and Trap Depths of Synthetic and Natural Quartz by Means of the Various Heating Rate Method

摘要: Some environmental and experimental variables such as annealing process alter the structure of glow curves some thermoluminescence materials. We investigate effects annnealing on peaks synthetic natural quartz at different heating rates. The results show that peak temperatures in annealed samples shift to higher temperature sides. amount shifting is for low than high peaks. trap depths unannealed both are also obtained by various rate methods. It noted affects depth all increases after process.
