摘要: We present a model-independent theory for laser detachment of weakly bound electron having nonzero angular momentum. Our treatment reduces to the well-known Keldysh result tunnel ionization upon neglecting rescattering effects. Numerical results above-threshold spectrum negative ion an outer p show significant modification plateau as compared that s electron.
