摘要: Cyclosporine (CsA), a calcineurin inhibitor, has been associated with endothelial dysfunction in transplant patients. Human and vitro studies suggest that CsA produces by impairing vascular endothelium-dependent relaxation. However, little is know about the effects to modulate vasorelaxation after prolonged graft preservation. In this study using protocol designed eliminate influences of infusion pressure shear stress, we evaluated effect on coronary pulmonary arteries 16-hour University Wisconsin (UW) solution
