摘要: La fragilite est un etat traduisant epuisement des reserves d’une personne âgee. fracture de l’extremite superieure du femur (FESF) evenement grave qui affecte volontiers les sujets âges fragiles. Le reperage avant que ne survienne la elements fragilite, tels que: instabilite posturale, carence nutritionnelle (macro- et micronutriments), diminution capacites locomotrices, osseuse, une approche fondamentale pour tenter d’anticiper sur l’evenement fracturaire. Apres fracture, c’est prise en charge tous facteurs retardant guerison le reconditionnement fonctionnel, comme malnutrition ou episode confusion, apparait strategique.
