摘要: Molybdenum disulfide is a layered transition-metal dichalcogenide semiconductor that attracting renewed attention for its potential use in future nanoscale electronics, optoelectronics, catalysis, tribology, and other fields. In all of these cases, the interaction between MoS2 various transition metals very important. this work we survey thermodynamics metal–Mo–S systems anticipated reaction products from MoS2. We examined over 200 references on reactions transitions (M) MoS2, compiled thermodynamic data, used data to predict M–Mo–S ternary phase diagrams without experimentally determined diagrams. Where possible, experimental literature interactions was corroborate our predicted stable products. Both previously reported newly fall into three categories. first category, metal equilibrium with another, there driving force reduce tie lines sulfides contact dominating diagram. final solid solution or dominates Better understanding equilibria will aid research variety
