摘要: Heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) is an intracellular stress that confers cytoprotection to a variety of cellular stressors. Several lines evidence have suggested augmentation the heat response by increasing expression HSP70 represents potential therapeutic strategy for treatment critically ill patients. The Tat human immunodeficiency virus 1 (HIV-1) has been used previously deliver functional cargo proteins intracellularly when added exogenously cultured cells. We generated Tat-HSP70 fusion using recombinant methods and treated HSF -/- cells with either or prior exposure hyperoxia lethal shock. showed biologically active, exogenous can be delivered into HIV-1 protein, Tat-mediated delivery against thermal may represent novel approach augmenting levels.
