A Novel Ultra Low Power High Performance Atto-Ampere CMOS Current Mirror with Enhanced Bandwidth

摘要: A novel CMOS atto-ampere current mirror (AACM) is proposed which reaches the minimum yet reported range of 0.4 aA. Operation this circuit based on source voltage modulation instead conventionally used gate interestingly prevents usage commonly required shifting in those circuits. The has a simple structure prohibiting large chip area consumption consumes extremely low power 1.5 µW. It thus best choice for ultra (ULPLV) applications. By using very frequency compensation technique, its bandwidth widened to 15.8 kHz. Simulation results SMIC (Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation) 0.18 µm technology with Hspice are presented demonstrate validation mirror.
