摘要: The Buddhist fortress Drapham Dzong is located in the Bumthang District central Bhutan on a mountain ridge at approximately 2930 m altitude. A surveying mission was carried out with goal to produce textured 3D model of site, together conventional 2D map and an orthophoto. remote exposed location site makes traditional surveying, including terrestrial laser-scanning tedious undertaking. Aerial images reasonable quality are not available Bhutan. Satellite images, even very high resolution (50 cm footprint) do show sufficient detail for modelling man-made structures. Therefore this project leads itself well use appropriate UAV. This paper describes briefly raw data acquisition by UAV then focuses procedures processing. objects embedded into large area environment, generated from GeoEye-1 stereo model. Overall, typical example multi-image concept, making imagery quite different resolutions (satellite, UAV, terrestrial). Given accurate model, maps orthoimages nothing but derivatives general product. also shows how lightweight equipment can be used easily accessible areas purposes.
