摘要: Abstract Using a concurrent-chain schedule, we demonstrated the effect of absolute reinforcement (i.e., magnitude effect) on choice behavior in rats. In general, animals’ simultaneous choices conform to relative ratio between alternatives. However, studies pigeons and rats have found that overall ratio, or amount, also influences choice. The amount has been studied inter-temporal situations, this referred as effect. observed humans under various conditions, but little research assessed it animals (e.g., rats). present study confirmed during situations.
