摘要: A large number of cells will be deployed to provide high speed services in any places using the Long-Term Evolution (LTE) system. The management such a increases operating expenditure (OPEX). Self-organizing network (SON) attracts attention as an effective way reduce OPEX. This paper proposes self-optimization algorithm for handover (HO) parameters. In conventional studies, HO optimization techniques are discussed models with stationary mobility user equipment (UE). On other hand, key feature proposed is robustness, which means that performance robust against change UE mobility. order realize adaptively adjusts parameters considering cause failures, changes We examine through computer simulations and confirm robustness. simulation study demonstrates following; initially set optimum values UEs 3 km/h based on random walk. Then, when from walk 300 linear motion, failure rates 19%. reduces increasing less than 0.2%.
