摘要: Belief in conspiracy theories about societal events is widespread and has important consequences for political, health, environmental behaviour. Little known, however, how theorizing affects people's everyday working lives. In the present research, we predicted that belief workplace would be associated with increased turnover intentions. We further hypothesized these organizational predict decreased commitment job satisfaction. Finally, factors mediate relationship between three studies (one correlational two experiments, Ns = 209, 119, 202), found support hypotheses. The current therefore demonstrate potentially adverse of workplace. argue managers employees should careful not to dismiss as harmless rumour or gossip.
