摘要: In this review, the potential of supercritical fluids (SCF) as a sustainable route for biodiesel production was discussed and compared with conventional catalytic reactions. Although advantages catalyst-free SCF process are apparent, there concerns regarding huge energy required to conduct reaction at elevated temperature pressure. Hence, challenges facing which need be addressed before it could technology in future.
