摘要: Abstract For studying the carbon thermal reduction rules of titanium in hot metal and providing a theoretical basis for blast furnace (BF) hearth protection, distribution behavior between low-titanium slag system CaO–SiO 2 – MgO–Al O 3 –TiO was studied using analytical reagents temperature range from 1350 °C to 1600 °C. Through high melting, rapid quenching, chemical analysis thermodynamic model calculating, results showed that increase reaction temperature, which improved L (Ti) lowered activity coefficient γ sys , leads rise equilibrium constant. Combined with Wagner congregated electron phase models, data obtained experiments were used fit out Gibbs free energy formula carbothermic reduction. Finally, relations contents Si Ti load reach minimum w formation TiC given.
